The Sanctuary →
A beautiful and calm space with a deep energetic feel, great for healing sessions and holistic intimate classes and sessions. We provide yoga equipment for up to 8, you can fit 10 in if there is not too much movement. There is heating but no music from the rest of the venue played in this space.
The Study →
With versatile set ups this is a great room for meetings, get togethers and private dining. Tables and chairs and a double sofa with open brickwork, deep teal and the authentic oldy vibe. Available with or without music.
The Landing →
Tables and chairs around the galleried landing looking onto the big old wooded chandelier, no closed doors to the ground floor. Please note that we are not able to remove the music from this space.
These are the rates during our open hours (Thursday-Monday 10am-4pm).
ONE SPACE: (The Sanctuary or The Study)
1 hour → £15 one hour - add £4 per 15 mins for setup/close
2 hours + → £10 per hour 2+ hours - add £3 per 15 mins for setup/close
ALL UPSTAIRS: (includes The Landing and set up time)
Two hours (minimum) → £65 then £30 per hour
Half Day (3.5 hours) → £90
Full Day (7 hours) → £135
The Landing → Free
Charities & No fee Meet-Ups → Free
Garden → Free
N.B. For free rate areas, we ask that you purchase at least drinks.
Bookings outside of the opening hours we are happy to discuss your needs for rates.
WHOLE BUILDING:
The whole of The Old Custom House is available when the cafe is not open → Tuesdays, Wednesdays and in the evenings, or with prior arrangement with at least 4 weeks notice.
