A half-day retreat for women who haven't stopped long enough to notice they need it.

You arrive carrying the week. You leave softer than you walked in, lighter than you have felt in a while. Held in the Sanctuary Studio, a private space above the café, with a small group of women who simply showed up for themselves.

Through guided breathwork, soft somatic movement and reflective conversation, we allow the nervous system to settle.

You don’t have to be “strong” here. You don’t have to be productive. You don’t have to explain yourself. Not fix. Not force change. Just settle.
