This is a gentle, trauma-informed space for women who are carrying a lot.

Busy lives.
Children.
Illness.
Grief.
Responsibilities that never seem to end.

You don’t have to be “strong” here.

You don’t have to be productive.
You don’t have to explain yourself.

Once a month, we gather to slow down together.

Through guided breathwork, soft somatic movement and reflective conversation, we allow the nervous system to settle.

Not fix.
Not force change.
Just settle.

Answers to Your Questions About Transformative Coaching with Ellvara

I’ve never done breathwork before — is that okay?

Absolutely. You don’t need any experience. Everything is guided gently and at a pace that feels manageable. You are always in control of your body and can pause at any time.

What if I don’t want to share or speak?

There is no expectation to speak. Sharing is always optional. You are welcome to simply listen, breathe and be present. This is a pressure-free space.

I struggle with anxiety / past trauma — is this suitable for me?

Yes. The session is trauma-informed and designed to feel steady and regulated. We avoid anything overwhelming or intense. You are never pushed beyond your comfort.

If you are unsure, you’re welcome to message me privately before booking.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax easily. Yoga mats and blankets are provided. You may wish to bring an extra layer, a notebook (& pen) and water bottle.

Is this therapy or group counselling?

No. This is not therapy. It is a guided, structured space focused on nervous system settling, gentle reflection and community support. It complements therapy but does not replace it.

What’s included in the price?

Your booking includes the full guided session, all materials, and a nutritious plant-based lunch prepared with care. The intention is that you leave feeling supported physically as well as emotionally.
